We deliver fresh, home-cooked meals from our kitchen in Anna Nagar West, Chennai, by our own delivery team. We do not ship by courier or post.

Where we deliver

• We deliver to the areas shown on our website. At checkout we check your address before you pay.
• If your address is outside our delivery area, you will see this before payment and will not be charged.

Delivery charges

• The delivery charge depends on the distance from our kitchen and is shown at checkout before you pay.
• Orders above the free-delivery amount shown on the website are delivered free. Small orders may carry a small extra charge, also shown before you pay.
• For meal plans (subscriptions), delivery is already included in the plan price.

Delivery times

• Same-day orders are delivered during our opening hours, as shown on the website.
• Meal plans are delivered Monday to Saturday in these windows: Breakfast 7:30–9:00 AM, Lunch 12:00–1:30 PM, Dinner 7:00–8:30 PM. We do not deliver meal plans on Sundays.
• Delivery times are our best estimate. Traffic and weather can sometimes cause short delays; we will contact you if a delay is long.

When our kitchen is closed

• You can still place an order when the kitchen is closed. We prepare it when we reopen and confirm it with you first.
• If we close the kitchen on a meal-plan day (for example a festival), the missed meal is added to the end of your plan. You do not lose it.

Receiving your order

• Please keep your phone reachable and give a clear address with a landmark and any delivery instructions.
• If we cannot reach you or cannot deliver because of an incorrect address, we will try to contact you. Food is perishable, so we may not be able to deliver it again or refund it.
• Please check your order when it arrives and tell us straight away if anything is missing or wrong.

Tiffin boxes (meal plans)

• Meal-plan meals come in our steel tiffin boxes, covered by a refundable caution deposit. Please return the boxes clean when our delivery person collects them.
